3. FOR CUSTOMERS
– Information on caterer profiles is provided by the businesses themselves
– Always verify details directly with the caterer before booking
– Catereroo is not responsible for the quality, pricing, or conduct of listed caterers
– Reviews must be genuine and based on real experiences
4. FOR CATERERS
– You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information
– You must not submit false reviews or ask others to do so
– Catereroo reserves the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines
– Paid plans are billed monthly or annually — see our Pricing page for details
– Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not:
– Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
– Scrape or copy our directory data
– Spam caterers or other users
– Attempt to manipulate search rankings or reviews
– Use the platform for any illegal purpose
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on Catereroo — including the directory, design, and code — is owned by Catereroo. You may not reproduce it without permission.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Catereroo provides the platform “as is”. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the site or interactions with listed caterers.
8. CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
